we also think the same sir as we were told that my sister's membership id has been stuck at that avon branch and none of their staffs could tell us why aside from that kit where its being kept is for those members who have an outstanding amount with avon which means somebody has used the id and the staffs are covering their asses as according to avons policy,no sales leader can use a members id without an authorization? my sister can only recall signing a piece of white bondpaper with nothing in it because her sales leader said she will be needing it for her id but we think that her sales leader used that signature as an authorization and the staffs are too scared to admit that as they know they breached the avons policy and we suspect that their sales leader has a very good connection in the said branch thats why she is very confident because she knows the staffs wont blow her cover.. at the moment we are still trying to communicate with the staffs without going further as we dont want any more troubles but cooperation.

Now, this is way out of line in here. way out of line. I mean, way out of line for the Toledo staff.
First of all, this is actually the first time I've ever heard of such cover-up. And it's so impossible that the staff themselves would cover-up a sales leader (SL) for a customer. AVON itself has stringent policies when it comes to transaction, even if it's a franchised. And I know for a fact that the Toledo Branch is franchised. But they still follow the regulations set by the company. Or else, the company will pull out and give the franchise to someone else.

There is so much cover ups that they've been doing recently ma'am. As a matter of fact their operation
manager paid my sister's outstanding balance to close this matter but we don't want it close! We want the copy of the items that are said to be purchased by my sister? And who made th transaction but the OIC
emailed me back and said,NO! Our case is now close, in exchange of our silence they paid the balance. Don't you think something's up? You should know better maan as your one of avons manager. I don't really understand them. Their staffs refused to give us their names. The SL is trying to be a smart ass and made a police complaint against my mum accusing her of forcing the avons staffs to get the sl's account details but that was a lie. My mum went purposely there to get my sisters account details but one of the staffs said after my mum asked for the copy of the receipt " ambit uroy nila ma'am pangutana sa iyang SL ayaw e-apil apil ninyo ang Avon Kung ga away man gale mo" theres avons staff bringing up the name of the SL.?so my mum asked again if she now can see the sl's details and see if it was her?but the staff didn't warm my mum that it's illegal? her SL only issued a handwritten receipt she signed herself maam stating there that she accepted my sisters payment.thats all
