As sarcastic as it may sound from your end , there is no need for addtional rules . Its just a matter of RESPONSIBLE FORUMING and writing something that puts something or someone in line due to some credits or issues / conflicts that were not resolved . You can't please anybody bro, kung bisag unsa pa nimog bali2x ug explain if dili jud nila paliton ang item, wala kay mahimo. Unsa may sakit sa imong buot kung dili paliton sa customer nga naa man sad mopalit bahalag inablihan. Pero magdepende ra, example ang situation ni yokam888. However, don't call this people as ignoy. About sa shops pud, kung mao na ilang policy wala kay mahimo. You know how to handle customer? How would you feel kung inablihan na ang ipad or galaxy tab nya wala gidaun ug palit? Okay ra ba nimo? Maka explain ba ka sa sunod mo palit?

actually dili man gyud na mu matter ...whats with the box and the stickers... ang importante ang unit walay guba. Ug ma timingan ka nga naay factory defect. malas. so kana dili nana mu kwenta ang carton ug sticker...
mao, ang importante ang unit mismo walay guba, unsa raman nang box ba nga ilabay raman sad na madugay or malata ra madugay.![]()

ok ra.....case to case basis ni siya bro...... if mahitabo ikaw ang customer....dili lagi ko mamugos..basta ako raka explianan..ako man sad e demo ang unit...pero if kutihan judka nga pagka customer,....if ang sunod customer mo tan-aw sa unit nga open na ang box, ako na bahala sa salestalk bro...dili naka ma problema ana...total ako man sad ang namaligya...dili mansad tanan customer pareha nimo...

hey... kabantay ka nga the sales rep with inform you that "all units have a 1 week raplecement if there are factory defects on the unit." as long as dili sya mabasa or matagak... wa ghapoy gamit ang sticker kay in the first place considered na sya as opened when the box is tampered.
