it just happened to me.pero ako ang seller.si jund ang buyer..the 40GB i sold him nagkaproblema, but i tested it beforehand.. but as WORD OF HONOR..i gave him a week to test.he said defective. i changed the HDD twice..[ in fact, naka libe ko ug test sa 4th one : ) ] and i ask forgiveness..and now issue cleared.

1. walay problema akong system bro, running OS7 with 2 HD (working smoothly)
2. wala pud nako ni gisulod sa casing. So, dili jud mahitabo na mofry na maoy hinongdan nga naguba ang hd.
3. Daghan paagi ug unsaon pagtest sa HD bisan pa ug madetect sa BIOS.

Naay hd na inig-on palang nimo sa cpu - mag-SMART error, Bad status failure & etc. pero madetect pa ug pwd ni siya madisable sa BIOS na dili mopopup ang error msg inig-on sa cpu.

Naay hd na inig-on nimo na 'perfect' wala jud error diritso lahus sa windows. But, if u knw how 2 chk or repair sa hd using windows environment dha imong mahibaw-an nga naay nakahide na bad sector/badblocks ug ang iyang estimated lyf sa hd f kanus-a kutob mahibal-an pud nimo.

i trust the man bro, knowing nga aged na ang mga HDD, and anti-static plastic ra tawon gisudlan..and didto pa gyud mi sa ila haus.

and maayo pud kaistoryahon and knowledgeable pud about PC

oks ra man, kay ,magamit ra as slaves for data ang mga HDD

and sa akong board nga iya gibuy niya gi TRY ( which is good quality also )
