    it depends on the person.

but i tell you that wide spread use of contraceptives had led to many social ills, thats is based on Akerlof et al study.

Lets just be clear here. Overpopulation for me is defined by the ability of our countrys economy to provide for its people. Its a measure of the capacity of our govt to provide healthcare, education and employment.

The passage of the rhb will slow the growth rate and allow govt services capacity to catch up with population growth.

If you look at it from land mass to people ratio, we may not be overpopulated. But you could say thesame for a huge desert with only a hundred people with no access to water.

Most kids spends more time in school than at home, more time with their peers than with their parents. They have polluted information about ***.

Pila man ka babae na filipino na kahibaw na lain ang gawsanan sa ihi ug sa bata before sila naksuway ug ***?
na dili tanan makit-an sa tv, pocketbooks and magazines tinuod about ***.

pila man ka mga filipino ka lalake na nakarealize na REAL *** with their partner is different from PORN ***.

Again, Kita tanan naay reproductive system so pasabot magkinahanglan gyud ta ug RH SERVICES sooner or later bisan bata pa ka. Kung wala kay ika gasto, then diha na mutabang ang programa sa imo.

And again, ni mention ka ug strictly pero wala nasad nimo gi apil ang abstinence only. What I said was the state cannot enforce a strict ABSTINENCE ONLY program. pasabot, dili nila pwede i-bawal ang pag gamit ug legal contraceptives. Kay ang stand for Abstinence ONLY is sa Catholic church and maybe some other religious groups but NOT ALL religious groups. So ang mahitabo ana, mu reklamo ang uban groups na ni pabor ang state sa pipila ka religion. Which is dili pwede sa separation of church and state. Kuha na nimo?
Ang RH bill dili man na abstinence only and dili sad na strictly enforced kay gitagaan ra man ka ug choice.
ayaw na istorya ug religion. moral authority of he parents is not majority bias to religious teachings, ang concern with PMS it may lead to pregnancy, sti, ruin education plan, career failure, can result to poverty, etc. please dont stray sa topic. ni abot naman ka baboy.

you are going against GemWarrior, he said RHB will make people think not of PMS.

lain lagi, gahi gyud imong ulo.

    consider:
magpalit ka ug condom or pills ba naa bya na expiry date technically you buy when you need it. If mangayo or mopalit siya diretso gyud na ***.

ang gun usually for protection gyud na, padung ra gyud na display lol. yo ucant just shoot people cause naa ta law.

like i said you tell that to those people who thinks RHB can curb our population.

technically slowing a problem doesnt actually solve a problem. catching up with the population thats another problem lol.

you want solution, go for 1-2 child policy or else push for economic reforms through CHACHA.

Kung wala kay nasabtan sa ako gi-ingon, imo sad na. Basta klaro akong point.
Pwede nimo basa-basahon ug balik para masabtan nimo.
Moral values are mostly based on your religion and culture. Ayaw na i-deny. Not unless wala kay religion and culture, basin maka argue pa ka.
The "no pork" topic is completely in sync with what you are talking about.
You just need to analyze and not just interpret it word for word.

And yes, RH bill will not make people think of PMS.

parehas ra sila analogy, choice ans protection...... condom and contraceptive is a also for protection from unwanted pregnancies. the analogy their is for protection and choice.....

brad gibasa ko ang kanang "sexual revolution", you are a pessimistic person.. we will noe going their, thats is the work of the church and our parents to guide us.....

RH Bill will help promote family wellness, and help us especially the poor.

naa ko daghan pangutana nimo, wa p jud nimo tubaga....

Check out POPCOM :: About Us :: Agency Mandate. During Ramos' time, PopCom was empowered to implement its mandate of managing our population growth. When Erap and GMA came, however, they kowtowed to the Roman Catholic church so the population control policy was changed to promote "natural family planning, birth spacing and breastfeeding" instead. We need to change this nonsense.
if they kowtow to NFP, why you said "easy access to condom" ?? technically speaking that POPCOM program didnt take full flight.
