sus kadaghan na baya nato og law pero wa jud ma implement og tarong, so for e it's better to improve the current programs kay kani gamiton na sad sa mga dautang politicians plus the money of those drug companies who will benifit this program.

    2. i mentioned corruption just to get the attention of people giving corruption as one reason why they are against it. If ur not one of them then don't bother to react.

    3. so what is the problem with that? teach your kids and its fine. you don't teach you kids, then that is your problem. teaching here means proper behavior towards s*x and not just teaching the act of s*x.

    4. If you look at the situation closer, it's the cities that badly needs this bill. But that will not stop from the implementation to slowly expand to the rural areas. Don't think of this as an instant solution.

    5. Again, teens have access to contraceptives even wala ang RH bill. I did not say i strongly contradict giving contraceptives to teens. What I said was they won't give away contraceptives like freebies for promotions on streets or in school which you were always repeating that they will do such. Not this time around. We don't need that. Contraceptives are still for primarily for married couples' use.

    6. What I was trying to say is that abortion is still illegal even after this bill will be passed. Maybe you want to change the current law on abortion and specify there when to consider pills as abortifacient so that the drug regulatory boards are required by law to ban such pills. Don't blame RH bill for abortifacient drugs. It is handled by another law and already implemented by a gov't body.

    hope things are clearer.
Lain pud imong response.

    2. Like i said the writer didnt stop from corruption, rather he focus on implementation. How good can a law be, if it cant be implemented well ?

    3. As long as its *** education is optional people can live with that. Lets face it comprehensive *** education is not a popular choice.

    4. Mao gani ang problema sa countryside gamay population sunod same level of amenities and services. Its true mas daghan matagaan ug service in the cities kay daghan lagi. the question is the budget ani sa countryside na gamay na population magbuild pa ug clinics etc.

    5. To make myself clear I never said mahimong proactive ang government on contraceptives giveaway in school like what the Frenzy condom company you saying about hehe.
Ang main point kung way access sa free contraceptives mas lesser ang chance they will sway against the will of parents and moral teachings wherever it comes from. ka G?
kung gun analogy pa hehe, kung maghatag ang governtmnet ng free guns.. wa na diay mamusil? prevention is better than cure hehe. ayaw taga-i ug RH rights ang teens kay di man gihapon musugot ang mga parents mag ***.

    6. Point taken, like i said the govenrment are doing some actions about the abortifacient causing contraceptives. but to make it clear tana the RHB shouldn't define RH as
Reproductive Health Care refers to the access to a full range of methods, facilities, services and supplies that contribute to reproductive health and well-being by preventing and solving reproductive health-related problems
i hope things much clearer now and lets stop putting words on somebody's mouth, kung dili clear ask question sa ha

If you're trying to do an analogy, at least you should do it right. See how your analogy fails?
