Anyone knows or can recommend where or what loan agency can provide up to 100K? My friend is looking for one since she's planning to have her house renovated while she's still employed. She has been 3 yrs employed as Call Center Agent and has a stable position with the company. Can anyone give recommendations? Please help......

you may now have an idea where to take loan to renovate
your house.

almost everybody wants to have a relaxing, refreshing,
or a beautiful place to live. i agree with that! but i believe
we differ in our approach.

if i were you, i would rather save monthly for this purpose
(say, 2k or more for at least 1 to 2 yrs) prior to renovation.

this way, you would know how to budget your income and
eventually, may lead you to save more in all your future plans.

why? because the interest you are going to repay for your
supposed 100k loan, would surely be higher...especially if
you choose a long-term payback period.

think about it...nikkiSAM. it's okay if you are going to ask
for a loan...to expand a business.

but if you could not wait longer (to reap your savings) to
renovate your house, i suggest better scout some lending
or financial institutions that has lower rate of interest.

agree ko ni @Balandido. I think TS makahuwat man tingali ang imong amiga? Better save than loan. Bad debts na siya unless gamiton for business IMO

sakto gyud na sila TS...... why not save sa, before magpa renovate dako kaau tubo ui....... plus kana nga house is not earning...... may man tag nagpaabang sila kay income generating na..... pero dili man.... plain house........ dali kaau ang pagpangutang pero ang pagbayad maoy lisod na....samot ka dako ang utang and madamay ang mga bayranan sa bills, food etc....
