That may require a competitive salary with benefits para moresign siya sa iya current work and dedicate his time to monitoring threads.

I cannot even begin to imagine how many iSTORYANs out there dedicate 8 hours a day of their FREE TIME just lurking through this forum like it's their full-time job.

One question bro, where would they get, 15k - 20k per month for one dedicated moderator? (as suggested by boss YJOB, competitive salary)

mo-kuha sila'g kwarta through:

Premium Member: 350 / year
Platinum Member: 1000 / year

gamay kaayu na para ihatag sa dedicated moderator..

and IMHO, kanang ilang ma-kuha diha, is for the server's maintenance..
Bayad nila for the public IP Address and Domain Name, etc..

Isn't moderating a forum purely voluntary? Plus even if you hire ONE mod and compensate him 20k/month it still wouldn't be enough to moderate a large community board like iSTORYA. Much more feasible kung voluntary siya and daghanon.

btw, mao dapat naa'y dedicated moderator para mao jud ang job niya, to moderate..

there are a lot of moderators nga tagsa nalang mo-login or mo-moderate.. and if those moderators grow tired of moderating on those said section? then, mag problema na nuon ang admin, magka-gubot na nuon ang ISTORYA..

I forgot where's the link, pero naa'y list diri sa mga moderators, and pipila nalang akong makit.an nga very active in moderating..

Of those moderators listed, I can only see less than 5 who are active. The others are probably just lurking. Well, I don't spend so much time in the forums either, so that number may be higher.
