USB Virus

Hi Guys, i just want to ask if you have encountered a virus that makes your USB non usable. naa man gud koy friend then dili na gyud mu detect iyang usb after copying some files from a pc pero updated man pud to ang pc sa iyang antivirus ( pc tools & clamwin )

but naa ba virus nga makaguba gyud? or hardware prob to cya... coz for me im saying its hardware...kamo?

I think wala pa man virus maka-guba ug hardware.

Bisag na timingan lang na naguba iyang USB. Maybe a hardware problem.

I agree with this. It's impossible that a certain virus can make a hard unusable. Maybe the problem is on the hardware. it could be the USB port. Try to plug to other port.

Kung dili mugawas iya usb icon didto sa MY COMPUTER then probably naa hardware problem iya usb. Kung naa iya icon tapos pag-i double click dili ma-open, try nimu 'right click' tapos explore. Kung nag-double click ka sa icon unya gawas message: Error "IM NOT THE ONLY ONE" virus na. Try nimu ang i-enable ang view all system files ug hidden files tapos adto ka folder sa windows look for a file named: KRAG.EXE ang iya icon mura ug notepad (txt file) kung naa ni cya naa ka virus.

yah there is a virus that disable your flashdrive you cant even open or explore.....knight.exe and autorun.inf mao na... and think its not your flashdrive na guba its this virus that disables your drive.

Try safe mode with dose mode.... basin iya madetect gani... awww virus.. na.. peru kun dili gyud ma detect aww guba na..

kay ang pc moy gi pasangil and sa best sa akong knowledge naguba gyud to basin na short or something but thanks au guys...at least nai mga voices.... havent tried the safe mode yet though but trying on other ports wont work...wala gyud detection AS IN

so far wala pa ko kakita ug virus nga maka guba ug usb, kasagaran kanang iyang i lock ang usb nga dili na ma open o ma explore
