Astone mp3 player repair?

guys please help me with this...

I bought an astone a/v player and only utilized it for only a year or so
kay wa na may warranty pagkaguba niya. asa ko pwede magpa-repair?

what kind of defect? if mo ON pa siya and you can still listen to FM then just re-install the software - the one in the CD.

thanks sa reply dud. dili na jud cya mo on. blue screen na jud and di na ma-detect sa comp. ma repair pa ni? sayang kau akong 4k gi tiguman bya jud ko ni.

dli na mo on?you've tried that with a new or fully recharged batt?
in my case, dli siya ma detect and mp3 will not play anymore pero FM still works so I was able to fix it.

try to remove/uninstall every USB driver found in your device manager sa control panel. be sure you have your Windows CD and any USB drivers for other hardware before you do this. Then re-install USB drivers including the Astone driver. Now if it doesnt work, pls bring that to the store where you purchase it then ask for help
