A Finland-based singer, who is a friend of mine, is currently looking for a talented unknown songwriter in Cebu, City to collaborate with for her upcoming solo album that will be release in Finland. Preferably near Mactan area. She plans to visit Cebu for a month and she wants to find that talented songwriter that can make great RnB or POP music for her.
Any ideas where she can find one?
