Decent and affordable place to stay in Davao

I will be going to Davao nextweek and will be staying there for 6 days and i have no idea where to stay. I searched on the internet and there's a lot of low rates inns but the problem is they dont have photos.
As much as i want to stay in a fancy hotel but not for 6 days..that's going to empty my pocket.
Please if you have been to Davao, please suggest possible places to stay like inns and pensione houses.
I appreciate your help.

I've been to davao 5th times na, naka stay nako tower inn,sampaguita,gv hotel and my hotel. Ang sampaguita ang barato jd but most of the time fully booked, single room will cost you 350 for non-aircon, i think 500 ang aircondition kay we took the double room man for 600. Tower inn is for 900 per day same2x lang sa My Hotel but I suggest if you want elegant yet affordable you may go to GV Hotel na lang, affordable and limpyo ila mga rooms but just bring your own towel lang jd for hygenic purposes ba. . GV Hotel is located sa may downtown area, Magallanes st. if im not mistaken sa st. name. dapit lang cya Grand Men Seng Hotel. Since we took the double room again it cost us 675, im not sure again but i think ang single room is 550.

If you want to save more, just go for the dorm type. FTC tower will do kay bago pa na cya nahuman then its for 199 per day ata. Unahan cya sa old Sampaguita inn.

i am also looking for a cheap room good for two in davao na accessible lang sa mga laaganan.. and possible budget good for two na.. thanks

much better if maka break down sa prices for zip city and kato zorb2 nila kai mao to akong tuyo jud dito.. hehehe
