I just checked my modem interface and my speed was changed to 512 from 1mbps. Is it possible that someone change it from globe? I just called their tech support and i have the plan. So they sched a tech appointment to check on this.
I always check the interface and it is usually 1mbps. I already tried resetting my modem but it did not correct anything.
Is it possible for us to change it back to 1mbps??
Your thoughts on this please.. tnx

just to update on this issue...
i sched for a tech appointment today and they were able to fix the problem. as to how they did it, the tech just simply said he reset it on their end. and my connection is working perfectly as of this time...
i will try to observe if its working good for the entire day.
