cge lang kog reset sa ako router kay di kasud sa ubang sites, nya usahay di pud kasud sa game mao e reset..

Kana sad akong gibuhat ug akong i-disable ang firewall sa akong router ug pc...but did not solve...
Here is something that solved my problem...Tawag ko nila then request ako to trace my line , it took weeks for them to respond (ana man jud sila) but after nila matrace okay na akong connection hangtod karun. They just fixed my net last week/..try sd ani maybe it can help you solve your prob...
sge lang disconnect ang amu net almost one month. sge lang me turn off and on sa modem.. unsa kahay possible solution. halos ka upat na sige are ang taga globe. ma-au then mawala ra pud dayun.

Hmm I think that would be the best solution cause static is more stable than dynamic IP. Own address jud na sa imong net connection so everytime mag-open ka sa imong net diretso na jud ang isp send sa data sa imong address kay static man dili pareho sa dynamic na cge ra'g change everytime mag-disconnect ka/.
sigehi lang jud nag tawag ang costumer care nila sir, cge lang jud ug complain, ma ulan ra lage na kadugayan cge nimo ug reklamo sir.
