    I-ping sa command prompt.
From your client computer, ping the server computer.
    Kung dili ma-ping, walay connection.

Unya mu-matter sad imong connection string.
Make sure sakto imong connection string, ang server nga ip naa sa imong program.

Try to Telnet to the server you are trying to connect, if dili jud check your Firewall settings and the remote connection settings sa imo mySQL server

    Check the following:

    1. IP connections - pwede i-ping nimo.
    2. Drivers - MySQL Driver
    3. User Access - UserName@% para remote nga account. Normally, UserName@localhost mana
    4. Connection String - kahinanglan sakto ni mysql://..
