Hi guys,
is there any way to identify in PHP a location based on IP address? I'm trying to work on a project to detect if a user is in cebu using the ip address.

if static ang IP possible kung dynamic dili... as what ive tried.... kay kasagaran madetect kay ang ip man sa provider....
