Default PROBLEM: Wireless Adapter reconnects when..

my Wireless Adapter reconnects when i log back in from being locked.... anyone knows how to fix this? it's kinda annoying.. brand is Edimax model EW-7316Ug.

before ko ni use ani nga adapter, ako gamit kay D-Link Wireless Adapter which is only 11Mbps max speed.
i switched to this edimax whis is 54Mbps kay ang pag file transfer atong isa hinayan rako, labi na mag printing, dugay kaayo ma human ug spool.

before (D-link) walay blema if mag lock ko sa computer then log back in. pero karon (Edimax) ingon ani cya.

tried searching sa google if naa same problem, mura wa man ko kita. anyone here? basin naa maka tabang

please move sa right thread if d mao ako gi postan, thanks.

windows power management tends to turn off devices when the computer is not in use or idle for a long time / is locked to save power... this is by default with windows.

i have my computer to turn off my harddrives not in use in more than 15 mins... bisag nag work ko sa ako pc... it will turn off the device as long as nothing access it.

Its becuase your wifi profiles are set to automatically connect. Try to configure your wifi profiles set it to manually connect or on demand.

by the way wa pa gihapon ni ma solve. any other ideas ngano ni?

i've checked the device properties. wala cyay power management tab. but under advanced naay Power Save Mode then iya options kay CAM, Fast_PSP, MAX_PSP. i have no idea unsa na sila. naka set cya daan to CAM.

@Kenshiro di gihapon, ako gi set ug on demand pero mas ma disconnect nuon cya daan inig lock nako. nya inig login nako balik manual na hinuon ko ug connect.

karon ra ni na ingon ani. before dli pa Edimax wireless adapter ako gamit kay dli cya ma ingon ani. hasul kaaU oi. kay imbis ako ilock ako pc if mo lakaw ko. dli nalang, nya naay mo gamit sa ako pc. samokan ko! manghilabot. X_x

btw, already uninstalled the driver sa lain nga hardware, basin naay mo ingon nga conflict or whatsoever.
