wow! i can't believe this came out. im not also sure about the credibility of this guy. i hope the proper authorities can clear this out. this is a major blow to us filipinos.

Here's most people don't know about .... each ballot when fed to the PCOS machine is scanned and generates a jpeg file of the ballot which is saved into the back up memory and the CF cards.

Each PCOS machine before voting started generated a print out showing all candidates has zero votes.
Each PCOS machine was tested with different ballots and was audited to reflect the exact shaded candidates before the actual voting and loading which includes advertently spoiled ballots.

There is no human intervention pertaining to the data in each CF card when election results were transmitted and the simultaneous transmittal to the Provinicial Board of Canvassers and to the other receiving stations authorized by the Comelec.

All transmitted data has a print out where accredited parties has a copy.

All CF cards has serial numbers and coded. All transmissions are also coded and should correspond with the security code fo the receiving stations wherein all info as to which precinct and which pCOS machine it came from before it is accepted as a valid election result.
