    Question Nokia Care experience


    My underwarranty e51 is still with them, running 4 weeks now. It simply died, period. Very light usage only.

    I was wondering if anyone else here have similar experience/s w/ phones still under warranty. This is my first time dealing w them though I owned other nokia fones in the past. Are they any good?

    With these sort of situations - for any manufacturer, the best thing to do is constant follow-up. Don't back down and always insist that they give you details of the situation (and take note of these details coz you might need to use them when arguments arise). And if you feel the need to, ask for a replacement.

    thanks bro! yes, i called them twice na & they said they've sent the unit to manila kay level 4 daw whatever. i'm just curious if there are people here w similar case & i wonder how was it. few more days & they should be hearing me more than they want.

    well if ako pa sa imong lugar

    pa ilis ko ug new unit.... dili mabayaran kung wala kay phone... loss of opportunity...

    I had a very bad experience in nokia care ayala...ako gpa check ako e63 coz mo init ang battery og kalit maski wa ma charge and mag 1 month pa ako unit..the girl incharge told me nga to call the nxt day to check if ok na..so i did wat she told me to do pagtawag nako ang naka tubag bayot and his name was "nilo" he asked for my code and ako ghatag i repeated it 5x coz he kips on telling me d wrong code and he dropd d fone on d table and i just waited hoping na iya gcheck like 25 mins nako gahuwat den maka dungog ko nagchika2x ra cla..naglagot ko nanawag sa cell sa nokia care and he was d 1 who answrd and ako cya gkasaban for wat he did...den he told me after 5 days pa daw makuha ako fone coz wa pa daw ma kitan sa technician perting ulboha sa ako kaspa 2 think 1 month old pa ako unit...so i told him d na pwde wla ko gi nform ana ka dugay den he told me hel forward sa tech den 2 kol again after 2 days..so i did same person answered the phone asked him bout my unit den he told me wla napud daw to kol hm back after 3 days den i got so mad nd i went there after 2 days ana cla wla pasad daw..ila reason kay nag outing daw cla and wa ma asikaso ako unit and dgay jud na coz d daw cla mo replace repair ra daw and f d jud ma au sa tech ila ipadala sa manila d nila irelease ako phone...perting ulboha sa ako kaspa...so i decided to get my phone nlang coz if d nla ma au y padala pman manila? d pa jud irelease naa na daw sa tech den i told her to get coz i dont want to have my phone repaired and thy didnt give it jud..so i got more mad and called my parents so pag ad2 sa ako parents ila grlease ako phone and ana cla ila greformat nlang and they remove d plastics sa ako unit nga i told them not to remove and naay scratches ako unit nga gkan sa ilaha..gkasaban cla sa ako dad kay wla au ila service...ni buy nalng kog lain battery and ok na cya..wa na mo init..

    TS: follow up everyday sa imo unit kay kung d ka mag tagad ana wla rasad cla...bahala nag samokan cla nimo basta imo unit ok and ayo na..

    mao jd... cge lang jd follow up, nya ask na lang ila superior pra ma asekasu jd daun.. kung wala ka buhatan na maabtan kag tuig huwat kay d gyud na nla asekasuhon..

    yes, i made a follow up again today & they said it should be arriving this coming week. i really hope so. crossing my finger for any unpleasantness when i get back my fone, function-wise & aesthetics.

    not mean that they are nokia service center kahibalo sila tanan. in the past one of my relative gipa-ayo uyang unit then after two weeks ingon sila dili na gyod maayo. i brought it a jv shop and shop then after one day ayo na...
