Whats the advantage in eating a Brown or Red Rice than eating White Rice?

Naa mga bro but more expensive kay sa white rice...
I heard that BROWN RICE is less in sugar content and high in fiber but this
has yet to be confirmed by nutritionists.
For RED RICE i dont know if its still the same as BROWN RICE in sugar and fiber content.

naa kaayo, mao ni akong gamit nga rice. keeps me feeling full. dugay jud kaayo gutomon compared sa white rice. tried red rice pero dili ko ganahan so i settled sa brown.
