    Default substitute/alternate for water?

i drink a lot. used to be tang powder juices before and the likes but hyper-acidity set in. so, i shifted to ice tea's 'til now (most often nestle's litro pack) but i am bit concern of its long term effects - coz of the sugar / artificial sweeteners. i consume more than a liter of this ice tea everyday with some pepsi max. as u can see i drink a lot.

so, what do u drink? thanks!

what could be better than water itself, right? i drink water straight from the faucet if i'm so thirsty and there's no bottled/purified water around... even when dining out i'd purposely order tap water instead of the "cleaner" ones.. sa una wala pa ning mga bottled water manginom man ta straight from the faucet.. kalooys Ginoo ok raman sad ta.. its also important that your system adapts to a certain bacteria kay simbako maka adto kag lugar nga way ma inom nga purified water pwede raka maka inom og unsay ilang gipang inom didto.. otherwise basin mag LBM ka

maybe you should stick to natural fruit juices than the artificial ones. maybe they're a bit costlier but in the long run, they'll give you more good than the damaging effects these artificial drinks will do. think long-term always. still, there's no substitute for water. just let yourself get used to it. it's just a matter of adjustment. and oh BTW, too much ice tea can cause UTI.

    just my 2 cents worth...
