Error 691: Access denied because the username and/or password was invalid in the domain.

Mao ni ang nigawas sa computer kung mosulod nako sa dial-up internet.

imong username / password is incorrect... it just means nga imong gigamit nga password/username NOT registered sa ila server.... but its a good thing that you got that message it means that the server you are dialing in is responding.

just VERIFY username / password.

Correct si AMD_infineon. maybe na capslock nimo pag type in sa username & password unya pag log-in, gagmay na so error gyud. Possible wrong spelling pa gyud.

mo gawas sad na nga error bisan sakto imo UN and PW... confirm sa imo PW and UN den huwat-huwata lang... :mrgreen:

bai sakto si xyberblue, basin na miss nimu ug butang ang username@speed.info.com.ph, example kay imo username kay fckgwrhqq2, imu i input ana sa dialer kay fckgwrhqq2@speed.info.com.ph, wan ting, pagbantay sa imo keyboard input, bacin ma caps lock na pag input nimo, lain sad, the char O ang 0, daghan sad ma confuse ani na char. thnks!
