i got banned from a forum... they blocked my IP?? am i right... im not that techy in terms of this... so im asking if its possible to change my ip by my own and re enter that forum... is this possible or just plain stupid.. thanks.. im expecting good answers and not stupid comments. more power istoryans!

it says that i just have to reset my modem and then il get my ip add changed...?? is it true for globe anyways??

nakasuway ka gamit ug proxy para maka access ka sa form balik? kung makasulod k sa forum while using a proxy?? What if, gi ban imo IP + imo account? PERMBANNED na jud ka! Badlungon tingali ka sa forum.
