Is your PS2 modded already? Most modded PS2 units can play DVD movies in any region. If not, try to use a Gameshark to remove the region restrictions. But in my opinion, it is not advisable to use the PS2 as a DVD player since it could greatly wear down the laser lens. It's much cheaper to buy a DVD player than to replace a busted PS2 laser lens.

if nahan ka mo dugay imo unit...ayaw jud na paslaki ug dvd movies...bati jud kaayo if himoon na nimo ug dvd player...

better use na lang jud ug DVD player kung mag tan-aw ug movies..

ok raman ako unit sa una play games/dvd, i just make sure the dvd disk is a good quality i sold it recently and it still plays good
