Hiring for CHAT SUPPORT SPECIALIST


Job Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of collegiate education is required
• Preferably with 1 year call center experience
• Must be tech savvy
• Can type at least 35 wpm
• Knowledgeable in both basic and advanced technology and has strong internet navigation skills
• Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
Skills Required:
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must exhibit active listening
• Must have keen attention to details
• Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to arrive at decisions independently and demonstrate persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information
• Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
• Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously
• Ability to deal with frequent changes and challenging customers
