just recently upgraded to windows 8.1 from windows 8. unya karun kay ang laptop na dim na ang screen, akon g adjust to highest ang iyang brightness pero d jud mogana, ako g turn off and on again same ra ghapon ang result, unsa kaha problema ani? please kinsa katong kahibawo tabang intawon. thanks,

I can't adjust or change my screen brightness with the hotkey (F11 and F12) or even with the slider in settings. It happens after updating to WIndows 8.1.

Answer

Installing Intel card driver alone may already fix the issue, however, it is recommended to install the drivers stated below to ensure that we address this brightness issue in Windows 8.1.

salamat sa link, but i just found out nga ang backlighting sa laptop ang guba, coz i tried another monitor bright kaau cya sa laing monitor, pero laptop still dim

naa pay warranty na imung unit? if so, ipauli na ngadto ug ilisan ka ug lain niana....

oo naa 4 months pa ni, ilisan bitaw ni nila? or i repair lang? actually i am not sure kong backlight ba gyud ni, kay ng gamit ko ug lain monitor ok ra man cya, dili man cya dim, pero someone told me nga basin backlight. ingon ani ni, ng play ko ug game na hill climb racing, then i pressed f11, then human ni dim cya to the lowest when i tried to adjust the resolution and the brightness to the highest, d na cya mo gana, then i did some trouble shooting, restarting, wa gyud ni work

mao lge sa? kay 4 months pa ni karong jan 17, wala man sad ni sya na tagak or na kontak sa liquid
