Exactly....u may be overclocked before then u forgot to revert it back to the default setting.
Clear ur CMOS first by setting the jumper into 2-3 in default 1-2, also remove the battery for 10mins preferably. Update us here.for the progress...

ok heres wat i get so far...
yugi... i tried sa imong gi sulti.... wala japon..
i tryd nga tangtangon ang 4pin power plugs.. ky walay mo gawas pero mo on cya as in mag dugay cya.
pero if e-plug nko ang 12v 4 pin balik... ma pawng jud cya....
hmm.. power supply? hmmmm

Mao ni i isolate:
CPU <---tan-awa if wala ba na tarong ug taud ang HSF.
PSU<---tingali naa ka gipuno nga item sa imo PC then of course ur PSU can no longer support mao mo shutoff cya..pila watts sa imo PSU btw.
Memory<---try one stick at a time, if usa ra ka stick borrow from ur friend nga pareho sa imo ug specs sa ram. Pero ram panagsa ra kaayo na maka cause sa shutdown.
Mobo<---If ur mobo is 3-5 yrs old na I think tan-awon nimo ang mga capacitors naa namurot..if wala ok ra, and Update ur bios to the latest one or revert the original bios nga walay problema.
Videocard<---tang-tanga ang videocard nimo if ur using a PCIEX/AGP. Gamita ang builtin for now.
ELSE Grounded kaayo imo casing I suggest habwaa tanan sa plain table w/ cloth then imo i plot did2 tanan i taud then test...
I hope it helps..Shutdown gani naa na something wrong sa power so PSU and CPU or the mobo.
