RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Executes responsibilities in the functional areas of Administrative Services, Purchasing, Import/Export, Property & Facility Management
o Scouts potential supplier, provide quotations to various requester based on requirement
o Prepare Purchase order (PO) and facilitate timely delivery of items purchased.
o Facilitates and closely collaborates with stakeholders for import/ export transactions and related requirements/compliances to PEZA & Bureau of Customs
o Manages and monitors usage and maintenance company assets and facilities.
o Facilitates and ensures compliance to PEZA’s building inspection requirements
o Collaborates with Safety Officer and ensures compliance to safety standards
o Performs other functions that may be assigned by the HRA Section Manager from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Graduate of Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or any related courses
o Preferably with relevant work experience in purchasing
o Basic knowledge in PEZA/Bureau of Customs policies & procedures on import/export requirements
o Proficient in all MS Application (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & internet savvy
o Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Requires minimum supervision, proactive, and takes initiative to meet multiple & sometimes competing deadlines
o With high level of integrity
o Strong passion for customer service
o Detail-oriented
