DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

• Full managerial responsibility

C++ DEVELOPER

• Interpret requirements into preferable technical solution and drive the architecture and its design phases
  

SYSTEM ANALYST
Knowledge about fixed and radio telecommunication solutions
Experience in requirement analysis
Knowledge of UML
Basic level of programming skills (C++, Java)

TEST ENGINEERS
Manual Testing
Automated Testing
Write test plans from the requirements, specifications and test strategies
Has the creativity to figure out all the scenarios that are likely to detect a bug (must be able to "see beyond the obvious").
Able to drive results
Responsible for specification review

JAVA DEV’T ENGINEER
At least 5 years of Java-development related experience
Experience in using GXT, GWT and Spring UI libraries/framework
Experience in creating basic and detailed design documents
Proactive, with good communication and leadership skills


PRODUCT DEV’T SOFTWARE ENGINEER
IP basics includes understanding of:
IP forwarding principles as longest prefix match (LPM)
IP and Ethernet address resolution (ARP)
Purpose of dynamic routing protocols
QoS handling through DiffServ (DSCP)
Difference between IPv4 and IPv6

Linux basics includes understanding of:
Linux installation
IP configuration of Linux
Socket programming
Design, compile and install simple network application

ADAPTATION DEV’T ENGINEER
Our software design team has overall responsibility for the implementation of support for radio network elements into the network management system; focused on specification, implementing according to specifications, verifying the integration of network elements and giving input for customer documentation.
Test Automation (SW skill, C++, Perl, Python, Java)
Scripting Development (Python, Perl, Ruby, Linux, Shell)
Capable of writing SQL Queries
Familiar with Eclipse & SUN
End to End Testing / Verification Skill
Linux user skills


PLATFORM ENGINEER for OS (OPERATING SYSTEM)
Linux / RedHat System Admininistration skills
Cluster Suite understanding
Scripting skills with Perl, Shell, XML, RPM (Prio Bash)
Virtualization (WMWare, KVM)
Application Server (WAS8, Tomcat, Servicemix)
Disaster recovery +HA
Security (IP-tables, firewall, OS ports, file/dir protection)


PLATFORM ENGINEER – DB (DATABASE)
Responsible for the support of the oracle database 10g & 11g in Linux or Unix environment.

Requirements
At least 3 years working experience as Oracle DBA in Linux or anyUnix platform
Oracle 10g, 11g Database Administration
Knowledge in PL/SQL, SQL Plus, DB Configuring, DB Installation, DB Creation
LDAP repository knowledge
Installation/Upgrade of Oracle Database Server
Exposure on Oracle Data Guard, Oracle RMAN
Experience in database migration
Knowledge in Database Performance Monitoring
