self guitar lessons vs. prof guitar lessons

as you all know, VERY big jud ang diffrence in terms of price/spending..
but for those who have a wider view on this, naba jui difference?

1. naa difference, if naa kay teacher na professional.., you can obtain knowledge from an experienced guitar player with a fast, efficient way in effect you will progress learning fast.

2. if mag self study ka.. pwede ra pud, pero mo abot dyud ang time na mawala ka.. wa na kay idea... research2x napud... takes time... more or less ma frustrate ka labi na di nimo ma kuha ang song imong nahan e sepra or music sheet na lisod di nimo ma gets.




i taught myself basic guitar and im learning lead guitar via downloading video lession from the net.. so im beginning to progress bit by bit, but its okay cause im not in a hurry though.. its just my hobby.

pero sir, do u know anyone na successful kaayo sa guitar nya self-learned ra iyang guitar skills? kay naa gani uban widow ra dba? thru listening ra. curiuz rajud ko..

pwede ka mag self learn una, if naa ka wala na sabtan bsag unsaon nimu research dha naka mu ask ug tabang sa kabalo,

If you're really serious on learning on how to play the guitar, go and get yourself a professional. But if casual lang, self study na lang. I learned playing the guitar by just reading chord charts and practicing. Kung wa kay lingaw, its a good way to spend your time. Tipid pa.

para nako it depends on what your ultimate goal is. at what level do you need to be at.

so puwede ra tingali self study on the basics. pero if you want to know more, mas maayo tingali mukuha ug prof guitar lessons. kanang kahibalo gyud nga instructor. pero mogasto pud lagi ka. nothing comes cheap these days.

like on watching some tutorial videos, inig mohisgot na gani na sila ug MODES, interesado gyud ko kaayo. So i think i need a professional instructor too.

hmm. self taught ra gyud ko ever since and i learn to play by ear, guitar scales bcoz of my sipag at tiyaga. pero murag lahi ra gyud tingali if naa professional. kay wala man kay ma pangutan-an like
what did i miss? stuff like that. so thanks to this thread. if anyone can refer nice nga mo tudlo other than salonga.
