@ts: you can ask your doctor for the best birth control option for you. What comes to mind are:
a. condoms (male or female)
b. birth control pills - pero daghan man kind, so it's better you ask your MD about it
c. use of diaphragm, spermicides
d. intrauterine device - ask your MD about this
e. natural method - ex: calendar method - but this can be unreliable.

Injectable Contraceptives

try to consult sa Doctor jud- mas naa daghan info and options about BC and labaw na familyplanning. for us' since CS- need 3yrs pa masundan.
