TS is asking for the shop's service. Yes, maayo na sila. Genuine and in terms sa ilang repair, certified na ilang mga technicians diha. Mo charge lang hinuon og dako.

Middle of last year, I bought 2 cheap Genius headsets in Thinking Tools in SM for 250 something pesos. I didn't test it in the store since it's only a headset. But when I got home to use it on my PC, it makes a crappy sound. Like I couldn't understand the music I tested. I looked at the jack, and the silver coating in it looks like had a green mold in it already. IT'S OLD STOCK!

So I went back to return them next Sunday (I didn't bother testing the other headset). After explaining, the fat short guy there looked at me like he's examining me. Then did some thinking for like 2 minutes (they are "Thinking" tools, after all). Then he led me to the cashier area, then he and a woman there talked about it for like forever. Then he led me to the right side where their glass displays were, and had me explain it all again to an another woman.

Then I told him to test it himself. So he get a laptop, again it was taking forever. He tested it, made some twisting of the jack, and it sounded OK. I took my phone and tested it, and it sounded crappy just like in my PC. His reply was "... but it sounded ok in the laptop". I told him loudly I need it for my phone just to shut him up already.

He and the woman looked at each other as to agree on something without saying anything. And we went back to the cashier again before proceeding to let me choose another headset. This time I picked 1 gold plated jack headset for 500 pesos. Sadly, the horrible experience made me lost interest in using it and it remained unused since then. So much fuss over a cheap headset.
