- Valid ID's, 2x2 picture (sss, company, driver's etc.)

- Original Proof of Billing. If submitted utility bills are not under borrower's name, proof of residency is required, such as: valid IDs with address, proof of remittance, credit card, telephone/cellphone, water, cable (electric, water bill, etc)

- Any one of the three: Contract of Employment / Certificate of Employment / POEA Info. Sheet (http://www.poea.gov.ph/ofw/infosheet.pdf , http://www.poea.gov.ph/ofw/sec_various_new.pdf , http://www.poea.gov.ph/docs/sec.pdf)
- Visa

- Passport

- Plane Ticket

- OEC/E-receipt

- Salary Ceiling : Php 15,000.00

Loan Collateral: PDC (Joint Account with co-borrower)

Loan Interest Rate: 5% per month

Loan Co-Borrower: Spouse/Beneficiary: additional co-borrower may be required

Loan Processing Time: 1-Day Release

Loan Terms: 3-12 months

Grace Period: First payment will start 30 days after release

SEAMANS
Initial Loan Requirements:
- Valid IDs, 2x2 picture

- Proof of Remittance/Allotment Slip
- Latest Contract of Deployment
- Passport/Seaman’s Book/Seafarer’s Registration Cert. (SRC)
- Allotment Slip/Certification of Allotment
- Marriage Contract (if married)
- Visa (case to case)

Loan Collateral: Post-Dated Checks

Loan Interest Rate (Add-on)/Processing Fee:: 5%

Loan Co-Borrower: Allottee/Spouse as co-borrower, Joint current account; 2 valid IDs P195K below loan approval: 2 signatories P200K above loan approval: 3 signatories

Loanable Amount:
P250K (Maximum)
200% of Basic Salary + guaranteed pay (minimum)

Loan Processing Time: 1-Day Release

Loan Terms: 3-6 months; can be extended to 9 months depending on duration of contracts Grace period: 30 days after release
