I was actually looking forward to Saturdays ever since the new incentive plan was rolled out. The incentive was an early out (2 hours before the scheduled out) will be granted to the specialists who weren't absent or late for the week. And I was able to complete that. So I was happy about it. Until my boss screamed for a meeting. The incentive plan was forfeited. Some jealous manager escalated this issue to HR even though she was aware that the incentive was just an internal agreement between the department. She had this escalated since it was only her team who could not enjoy the benefit of going home early. Deym! Shouldn't she just think of another way for her team to reach their scores and enjoy the incentive rather than brewing up some bitterness and ranting it out on HR?! I was sooooo devastated since my efforts of being on time was wasted. And i mean efforts!!! since I am the type who lives the Timon and Pumbaa principle when it comes to attendance! Deym! Crab Mentality is such a sour way for retards to get vengeance on people who had been performing well!!!! gaaaaahhh!!!!
