Saturday, May 21,2011-- he rented a place in Makati. It was the next building from my nice and cozy apartment. He told me that since he's already in the zone, I might as well transfer to his crib and we'll be room mates. I gave it much thought and consideration a month before the transfer happened. I was thinking on what my parents will say ( I have been honest to my parents including my *** life ), what my housemates will do, what my life would be without televison, and what will happen if we see each other every second. So I asked my parents about this deal and they told me that if we were to be under the same roof, might as well get married. He actually nodded his head for that but I was adamant about it. I am still not ready to get married so I said that I'm not gonna go for marriage yet. My mom was a bit disgusted with the idea about "live in" because it sounded like illegal marriage but I comforted her and told her that it was just a label made by people who can't categorize that certain relationship. So they finally agreed on it. As if they had a choice. Now with my housemates, I told them about my possible transfer one afternoon when we were all complete and watching a korean drama. They never nodded. But they never contradicted. So that was okay. And as for the television, I think I'll do fine with only a computer desktop with an internet access. The televison can follow soon.

And so with that in mind, I set off to a journey with him. I call this a preface to marriage. I still can't help but think on things like what if he'll get tired of living with me or if I'll get tired living with him but I think I'll just think about it when that comes. For now, I will only think of him everyday surviving the independent life with me. Away from our families. Away from the world.
