Sweat out and groove to the perfect workout playlist at the Terraces with Retro and Pop Hits every Monday of April and May, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

A fun and effective workout combined with a contagious Latin and international rhythm and beats has made Zumba a worldwide phenomenon. Join the Gold’s Gym Zumba party at The Terraces everyWednesday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Cap off the workweek with yoga and pilates to relieve stress and promote holistic wellness ongoing until May 30. Strengthen your core while being one with nature during the one-hour session held everySaturday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at The Terraces Garden near Belo.

This month, the Metafit Summer Fitness Boot Camp by Coach Alan Choachuy returns to Ayala Center Cebu. Learn the importance of overall fitness through the 24-session metabolic camp that consists of fitness, motivational and nutritional coaching. Held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at The Terraces, the eight-week camp will run until May 30.
