2. The card is non-transferable.
3. PhotoShop and its partners have the right to decline from granting privileges if:
A.) The card has been tampered, defaced or damaged.
B.) No card is presented (refer to no. 1)
C.) Bearer and card name are different (refer to no. 2)
4. Card is valid for 1 year from issuance.
5. Lost or damaged cards can be replaced with a P150 replacement fee.
RENEWAL:
1. After the expiry date, card holders are automatically eligible for renewal, for a fee of P150.
