The leading developer in VisMin Cebu Landmasters, Inc. Designed for The Pad residents to connect and network with each other, the development also features attractive amenity areas on its roof deck, including a social kitchen, shared spaces, lounge area, and laundromat.

The Pad’s monthly rates start as low as PHP 5,800/month, while its daily rates start as low as PHP 999.
