Ayala Malls Central Bloc Celebrates Artistry in all forms with USC SAFAD Week 2024!


Ayala Malls Central Bloc and the University of San Carlos (USC) are coming together to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Annual USC SAFAD Design Awards and Exhibit from April 22-27 at the 3rd Floor Activity Hall. This prestigious event marks 25 years of creative exploration, showcasing the finest of outputs produced by talented students from USC's School of Architecture, Fine Arts, and Design (SAFAD). The highly anticipated exhibit serves as the culmination of the school year, featuring the best student projects and plates from Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Advertising Arts, and Cinema programs.

Several captivating activities are slated as part of SAFAD Week 2024, a week-long convention celebrating art, design, and creativity. On April 25, "Summon Your Character" will allow for discovering the world of character design and will feature Hale and Ducklord Ethan. Bringing your art supplies is welcome!

April 23 brings the Lantawan: Issue 22, 'The AI Revolution Unraveled, a magazine design demonstration, with activities starting at 5 pm.

From April 22-23, the "In the Pipeline" USC BFA-Cinema film exhibition will run from 12-3 pm, with films directed and produced by the University of San Carlos students.

Capping off the week are the much-anticipated Design Awards, where medals and citations will honor the exceptional creative showcases with the best student projects and plates from Design classes. Join this extraordinary celebration of artistic brilliance at Ayala Malls Central Bloc.
