• CCLEX heightens preps for kalag-kalag

In preparation for the upcoming All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day, the Cebu Cordova Link Expressway Corporation (CCLEC) is scaling up its operations to ensure the smooth flow of traffic and the safety of its motorists.

The firm is taking additional measures to provide efficient traffic management and promptly respond to road users’ needs by fielding all 16 patrol crew members, intensifying patrol visibility inside the 8.9-kilometer expressway.

An additional 44 security personnel are also positioned in critical areas of the facility, including its pedestrian and bike lanes, to enhance security further.

CCLEX’s ERUF (Emergency Rescue Unit Foundation) unit stationed inside the expressway is also on high alert and ready to respond to traffic accidents and medical emergencies immediately. ERUF personnel are assigned 24/7.

On top of these, CCLEX’s toll plaza will see an increased number of toll associates, with 20 being fielded to assist at the toll lanes.

To cater to motorists’ needs, such as RFID installation, RFID reloading, and other RFID queries or concerns, CCLEX’s Customer Service Centers (CSC) located near the toll plaza will remain open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM.

      RELOADING OPTIONS
For seamless travel, CCLEC encourages its road users to use their CCLEX RFID and ensure their accounts have sufficient balance before their trips.

Motorists can load their RFID anytime, anywhere, via the MPT DriveHub app.

More reloading options are now available through ECPay over-the-counter partners, including all 7-Eleven stores (via their CLIQQ machines), among many others.

What RFID users need are only their 10-digit CCLEX RFID account number, contact number, and desired reload amount. To access their CCLEX RFID account details, they can head to https://bit.ly/CCLEXORRAS and click Manage Appointment.

Aside from over-the-counter, reloading is also available via the CCLEX Customer Service Centers.

      RFID INSTALLATION
For those who don’t have an RFID yet, CCLEC encourages road users to get theirs as installation remains free.

They can have their RFID installed at the Customer Service Centers. Walk-ins are accepted, but they can register ahead at https://bit.ly/CCLEXORRAS for faster transactions.

For concerns or queries, motorists can contact the Customer Service Hotline No. 1-35000, email at customercare@mptc.com.ph, or access the CCLEX Facebook and Website chats.
