• STACIA Hotel Now Unlocks Its Doors To Someone Away From Home

STACIA Hotel, a new 7-story business hotel, is now opening its doors to business travelers, corporate guests, and tourists. Strategically located on Gov. M. Cuenco Avenue, Banilad, Cebu City, it’s just near Maria Luisa Estate Park, one of the most prestigious subdivisions in Cebu.

The hotel of 60 rooms has a luxurious feel with its stone fixtures and specially-made furniture. The hotel offers a relaxing and more spacious set of spaces with very comfortable beds and pillows.

The owners decided to put up a hotel because it was a dream to share their beautiful travel experiences across different countries and give the same experience to the guests during their stay at STACIA Hotel.

The hotel’s proximity to the bustling commercial district of Banilad ensures easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and recreational facilities, offering a variety of options for leisure and entertainment.

The General Manager of STACIA Hotel, Ms. Sybil Lumbab, said they are looking mainly at the business segment since the hotel can provide an alternative base for business meetings in the surrounding areas, especially now that A.S Fortuna Street is growing and there are many developments.

Ms. Sybil Lumbab expressed confidence that STACIA Hotel can get a fair share of the hospitality market with the increasing numbers of local travelers and foreigners coming to Cebu.

STACIA Hotel’s central location also makes it an ideal base for exploring many attractions and activities in Cebu. Especially the hotel is very accessible to all commercial establishments and shopping malls like Oakridge Business Park, Streetscape, Banilad Town Center, Gaisano Country Mall, Cebu IT Park, Ayala Central Bloc, SM City Cebu and Ayala Center Cebu, and more.

Also, learn about the city’s rich history by visiting historical sites like Fort San Pedro and the Casa Gorordo Museum. Embark on a journey to the Queen City of the South and reach Oslob for an adventure to swim with the majestic whale sharks. Or visit the beautiful beaches in Mactan Cebu and experience thrilling water sports. Or take a ride to the high mountains of Busay to dine in one of the good restaurants and see the city lights.

Estiatorio, the hotel’s RestoBar, is located on the second floor that offers outstanding Mediterranean and Filipino cuisine with different types of drinks from coffee and tea, fresh juices, smoothies, fruit shakes, mocktails, and cocktails. Or take a sip of our imported liquors, wines, and beers from the bar.

Ms. Sybil Lumbab said they also accept walk-in customers who want to dine in the restaurant and experience the delicious food and drinks that Estiatorio can offer.

The hotel has a meeting room, and the restaurant can be used for special events.

STACIA and Estiatorio are Greek words. STACIA means “One Who Will Rise Again.” Estiatorio means “Restaurant.”

The Head Chef of Estiatorio, Jada Maranga, said their staff was trained by a French Chef especially hired by the owners to create a unique menu to satisfy the diners and give excellent food quality.

Chef Jada made her sauces from scratch for Filipino favorites such as Kare-Kare and other main courses. Estiatorio serves mouthwatering dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

The staff of STACIA Hotel is adequately trained. The General Manager, Ms. Sybil Lumbab, assures guests that the hotel is committed to providing warm hospitality and high-quality service.
