For pet owners or fur parents like us, hitting the beach or going anywhere needs a lot of research. So we look for places that accept and welcome our fur babies.
Making this list made me realize that I have sent, 35 messages to different establishments with pet-friendly inquiries.
Let us start with the places we tried and had experience with.
1. Kandaya Resort
Location: Agujo, Daanbantayan
Luffy, having fun while it’s low tide
Kandaya is first on our list for a reason. Good food, price is fair for the serving size, excellent customer service, and more than enough space for our fur baby to run around and enjoy the place with us.
Pets are allowed in the guestrooms, but they are not allowed to swim in the pools. They are also not permitted in the spa and gym.

In the restaurant, they can only stay in the alfresco area. Owners should keep their pets on a leash in public places.
A refundable pet deposit of Php10,000.00 is required upon check-in.

2. Danasan Eco Adventure Park
Location: Barangay Danasan, Danao
We love the vast space, nature, fresh air, and good customer service.

3. Cabana Beach Club Resort
Location: Panagsama Beach, Moalboal
Cabana is right where the sea turtles and the sardine run are—no need to go far. Swim with a life vest and a snorkel around 8 in the morning, and you will undoubtedly encounter them.

4. Palanas by the Sea
Location: Sitio Lusapon Barangay Lower Becerril, Boljoon
Palanas is the only resort we have been to with its mini zoo.
We love the excellent customer service; the place has enough space for our fur babies to run around.

8. Seahorse Tourist Inn of Medellin
Location: Bogo - Curva - Medellin - Daanbantayan - Maya Rd, Medellin, Cebu
We tried STIM before when we did not have fur babies yet. We love the sandy shore of the place.
No pet deposit is required, but there will be a charge for any poo/pee inside the room.

9. Scooby's Cafe
Location: Dunggoan, Carcar
Scooby's Cafe in Carcar is our favorite stopover for lunch or snacks when we are southbound.
