Chef Olivier’s first introduction to the kitchen was in Dunkerque where he learned the basics of French cuisine. His curiosity and passion for food let him travel the world to discover and taste unique dishes, bringing him to Glasgow, Geneva, Abu Dhabi, Macau and China. With over 20 years of French culinary experience, Chef Olivier brings to Cebu his expertise to make us say C'est délicieux!
