imagine 1,118 HA of prime land to be converted into a mixed-commercial district. it will put cebu on top of the map and there will be lots of business opportunities and employment.

and the value of the properties in Apas, Banilad and Lahug will surge. YEHEY!!!

Correct me if I'm wrong, the camp Lapu-Lapu is owned by the Provincial government not the City government.
