sa europe bai, ingon ako migo didto pinaka least nga subscription 3MB jud CIR. pero diri ato, ambot lng uy...agwantahi lng. sumpay lng nya post didto sa sticky topic... he he heee.

i suggest PLDT.. Naa ko mga amigo na PLDT connection, ingun sila paspas daw..

It depends of the plan you subscribe. Im using pldt broadband for 4 years... sometimes disconnet for hours or a day. I think all the ISP do that due to maintenance thing.

depende na sa imo plan bro... for pldt go for plan990 bundle with tel. upto384kbps dl, plan999 upto1mb, plan3k upto5mb... ingon sila he he hee... but mostly u'll get speed below the the upto... btw ur payment is fix ha, no upto...
