    as for the update, there is STILL NO IMPROVEMENT. i got a postpaid line just last year of july. ingon dayun to ang nag entertain namo na ang P350 daw na plan is consumable sa text and call. i thought all the way na consumable gyud. 8 months after nahibulong na gyud ko nganong dagko kaau akong bill since ga daginut lagi. sige lang ko text. and then, on the 8th month naputlan ko ug line kay wa ka bayad hehe. i found out then pag go thru namo sa bill and pag adtu namo sa shop to ask about the statement, ang P350 diay kay calls lang! imagine unsa ko alkanse. ang akong mga text was charge on top of the P350! mao diay dagko ako bill.

    here's more, na-awayan na sa HR sa shemberg ang sun kay nagpa taud ang shemberg ug line sa ila mga tawo. corporate na line. what happened was, wa gyud ning tuman ang sun sa ila agreement. plus, based on my personal experience, customer service really sucks! SUCKS!! as in! mag sige lang ug promise but maaann! maabtan nalang ug pila ka weeks ang gi promise wala pa mo abot.

    try going to ayala sun shop, morag ka ug nagkig istorya ug patay. mag tud-tud pa gyud and di pa jud sure sa ilang mga tubag..my gosh..service is horrible. service is poor...actually mas advantage mag prepaid. so magpa putol nako ug line mag prepaid nako!

    na timingan lng cguro ka kay ako sun subscriber man ko almost 1 year na & pwera buyag lng wala pako nka encounter ingon ana problem. for me mas dghan pa ko problema sa globe tungod sa mga hidden charges. nag sun retailer man gani ko ron & pwera buyag lng ok ra man pud sila mu.entertain. by d way dha ko ayala sun shop tig transact.

    i understand ur concern because i butted heads with them myself though sa sm branch. but i have to say i'm still quite satisfied because we did come into some sort of compromise. they wudnt replace my phone right away even if it was under the 7 day replacement period however they did fix the freezing problem and extended the warranty for another month if in case it froze agian then they would replace it.

    it's not just with sun but most of our companies here are like that. we need to butt heads with them first before we getwhat we want.

    bate ug support ang sun....pero nndot cla sa unli...we all have to weigh the pro's and con's....

    you get what you pay for...more or less...

    been using sun for a year now.

    i noticed ne when you are on unlimited calls mode, dugay ang contact pero if regular, dali ra kaau klaro pa gyud ang linya unlike unli nga distorted.

    mao rana akong reklamo beside sa signal difference.

    but, ok ra. wala ko nag post paid kay walay klaro ang service pag apply nako. atots.

    kun naa ra ka sa city ok ra man ang signal except naa ka sa basement sa ayala kay mag wala2x. kun adto ka province kana mura problema gamay kay kato dd2 ko sa butuan wala jud signal ang sun dd2, maski asa sa butuan wla jud sun signal.. faet kaau! pro naa ra man ko dri cebu city mao na pra nkop ok ra jud ang sun kay tipid kaau ila unlimited call/text & naa pa jud free 250 text sa other network ila pinaka lowest plan..

    For ME SUN makes my day brighter. hehehe save me lot of money. if wala pa nang SUN network may be thousand upon thousand na gasto ko sa mga calls from cebu to manila and relatives in the provinces. thanks to SUN , your like my Son hehehe.
