    Default F & B staff (waiters etc diri ipagawas inyo gibati)


    Most of the people dont know the story on our side so lets speak guys. They always says customer is always right but on our side we have this: "customer is not always right but we should treat them right"

    We all know that "customer is not always right but we should treat them right"....their are two sides in every story.So to all waiters/food attendant ipagawas inyong gibati or share your experience about this guest.Positive and Negative experiences.

    I work in fnb in a hotel. I hate it but it pays really well. It's paying for my school fees =D...and trips to the philippines. Customers should remember that even tho we're serving them, we're not their servants.

    Good for you, us here waiter in Philippines catering to local markets medyo kapoy,some people dont really understand our work.they think that everything they need pwede nato ihatag coz customers is always right...Me i dont choose guest, i treat them fair but naa jud guest bisag unsaon nimo pag ayo ug atiman sobra jud ka reklamador, some guest complain why dugay ang food,bisag mga 10 minutes palang,lami kaayo ingnon na wala mo sa fastfood but well as what they say " customer is always right" so mo dungo nasad si dodong waiter mangayo nasad ug sorry.But i enjoy every moment coz i really meet different people with different personality.

    Ive been in the HOSPITALITY , FOOD and BEVERAGE BUSINESS for the last 12 years . Ive served , cooked , fixed , bussed and waited for people ranging from dignitaries , politicains , admirals , command master chief of the navy , white house staff , local and pro sport figures in the US , next door neighboor , classmates , batchmates , relatives friends , acquaintances and so on and so forth .

    My only take on the issue is mutual respect . Indeed tinuod na ang CUSTOIMER is ALWAYS RIGHT and we cant do nothing about it . Mao bitaw naa ta sa HOSPITALITY BUSINESS , to be HOSPITABLE no matter what . Tuod naa gyud guest whom are very hard to please , , still treat them with the highest standards the company can offer , kita ra pildi if we make the CUSTOMERS are NOT ALWAYS RIGHT specially to us EMPLOYERS in the F and B business .
