    Please try to visit one of the outlet of FAIRBANK here in cebu located at F. Ramos St. They have this program called PAMILYA where you can loan from 3,000 to 30,000 pesos.

    yup! but not all.. some financial planners have professional fees.. but those who really want to help will give advices for free.. actually, I'm a financial adviser myself... just let me know if anybody wants to meet with me... of course I have to squeeze it in my schedule
