What's the best online payment?

I have a website and I'm planning to put up an online payment so that I can get clients from abroad. I'm Cebu based. Any inputs?

I've heard Unionbank will accept payments over the Internet and also this Western Union...anybody here who tried online payment? Hope you can help me. Thanks.

Just try xoom.com, they will accept paypal to bank account or pickup payments and the fees are low.

Paypal won't accept business from the Philippines or rather Philippine based accounts, sad to say. Hopefully they may soon enough.

also try checking www.yespayments.com.ph they have an office in manila And yes side from union bank, BPi also has an online payment gateway...

2co is good, but doesnt have SOAP integration man, thats the problem... you can't keep the look and feel of your website. Plus form passing is somewhat a
security issue. I would have preferred using paypal, hopefully by next year we'll have merchant accounts available to us already. As of now, even if its quite expensive, yespayments i believe is the only credit card IPSP thats philippine based.

I have been mailing payplus.com.ph for the past few month, regarding their service.. sadly wa paman gyud mu reply until now Also payplus only accepts ATM cards.

OT: Depending on how the level of integration, daghan kau issues to consider ani, like PCI-DSS accreditaion (if your storing card information on your site), SSL Certificates..... etc
