Referral BONUS! $$$

if you're working in the BPO industry then the term "referral bonus" shouldn't be new to you. At the same time, for the sake of transparency, it is a bonus(usually monetary) which you as a BPO/Call Center employee will get If the candidate you referred gets the job.
If you're not sure how much your referral bonus is, you can freely ask your Compensations/Benefits team I think. it usually ranges from 5k to 20k haha

so the reason why I created this thread is I want you guys to refer me to your company, hahaha in other words I am no longer happy with my current employer and is obviously looking for a better option if not a greener pasture.

work experiences:
People support(now teleperformance) - almost 2 years
Convergys (now Concentrix) - almost 3 years
Wipro - 5 years 6 months
JP Morgan Chase and Co - 4 years
currently connected with Eperformax

as you can see, I've been around. 14 years of call center experience, give or take. in other words, I have above 90% passing rate (I think..haha) and so is the chance of you getting that referral bonus.

it's been a week now since I posted this and my inbox is still kur kru.. it's either no one really wants to earn extra cash out from the referral bonus or you guys have trust issues about me getting the job. hahaha. I seriously doubt the former 'cause I simply do not know anyone who doesn't wanna get extra moola. well, can't say I blame you unless you know me personally. At the same time, it doesn't really require any more effort than just putting my info on that referral sheet does it? if I get the job, you get your bonus. think about it. hahaha

as for me, it's the first day of October and still in a love-hate relationship with my current job. haha
