pero the theory is good... but i don't think investors would go for it.. becuase cutting costs is one of their priorities...

Yeah I just googled it, it says the reason why people (coughnursescough) and everyone else for that matter want to go abroad (greener pastures) is because it's hard to get money here, thus making the talented and hardworking people left in the country scarce. So this theory kinda says that to make the country better, they should increase wages by A LOT, and with the catch that the employee should generate as much as, if not more money than the income he/she receives. Meaning, in order to keep the high-paying job, one should work their asses off for it. The result would be that the country's performance as a whole would boost a lot.

Or something like that, tell me if I made a mistake somewhere.
